SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Ontario, Canada!

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the US and Canada.

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days of order placement. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain tracking information.

Processing times may be a little longer during peak seasons or during sale periods.

Once orders have left our warehouse and are scanned by the carrier, we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Any delays with postal service is outside of our control. Please contact the carrier directly. 

 

Important Notice for US Customers

Please be advised that all customers in the United States are responsible for paying any applicable import tariffs, duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with their order. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees prior to placing your order.
