Refund policy

If you don't absolutely LOVE your order, you may submit a request for return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email.

To start a return, you may contact us at info@milkandcoco.co. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we have received and reviewed your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days from receipt to process all returnsPlease remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 


If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo and a description to info@milkandcoco.co within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or replacement.

Address Changes

If you've placed an order with us but need to change the shipping address, please email a request for address change to info@milkandcoco.co as promptly as possible.  If you have received a shipping confirmation email, then your order has already been processed within our facility and we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
